Before you choose a plan

Using your subscriber coupon on other services

When requesting another service, choose “For All Other Services (for vehicle on file).” Add your subscription plan name and note that you want to use its service coupon in the appointment notes. You can also tell our team when we arrive for the requested service. We’re working on a more streamlined way to apply subscriber coupons.

Oil capacity and extra-oil invoices

Plans cover up to 5 quarts of oil per included oil change, except Category 3 Light / Medium Duty Gas Truck plans, which cover up to 6 quarts per change. If your vehicle requires more than its plan allowance, you’ll receive an invoice for the extra oil at the time of service. Extra oil is charged per quart above your plan’s included allowance at the rate for your plan category and tier:

Categories 1–3: lowest tier $12/qt; next tier $14/qt; upper tiers $16/qt.
Category 4 · Euro: Base $14/qt; Platinum $22/qt.

We’ll disclose any additional cost for specialty oil or cartridge filters and ask for your approval before service.
